Dr. Urvashi Sehgal is the Joint Director at Phoenix Hospital, New Delhi. She has been a Gynaecologist for the last 30 years with a special interest in IVF and high-risk pregnancy. Dr. Urvashi pioneered Water Birthing in India, having delivered India’s 1st water baby in 2007. Besides Phoenix,  she is a visiting consultant in Apollo, Apollo Cradle, Fortis La Femme & Rosewalk in New Delhi and is a recipient of the President’s Gold Medal (MBBS) as well as the ‘Distinguished Service Award’ from Indian Medical Association.
