Fitness – mental and physical, a solid prenatal educator or a guide, and a doula, are the three most important things to have before planning a pregnancy.
Yeah. So the three things, which are important before you plan a pregnancy is, first of all, you have to be fit.
Fitness, mentally and physically, includes your nutrition, exercises and you have to be mentally in a happy space.
Secondly, you need a solid prenatal educator. That is very, very, very important. Someone, who’s a guide, who can show you everything evidence-based and, and guide you throughout your pregnancy.
And finally, of course, you need a doula, which I insist on. And an obstetrician who will be in sync with you and who believes in natural normal birth.
