Refunds

My Child First is a content based site, offering information, conducting webinars and counselling for an audience which includes expecting parents, newbie parents, experienced parents, care givers, counsellors alike. Hence our services and payments are non-refundable. If you are on a subscription then you can cancel the same before the renewal of your subscription and the pro-rated amount for the duration of the subscription will be refunded back to you.

Additionally any webinars which are paid webinars conducted by us will be refundable only until 48 hours of the webinar time of start. Non-refunds will be possible post that.

If you qualify for a Refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have reviewed your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
