Our relationship with food is something that we need to reconsider and bring back the sense of a shift towards knowing the relationship between what food does to us and what, what kind of relationship it can actually develop into. Now, when we start to think that during pregnancy, we need to shift into some more holistic food and more you know, so that’s an orientation intuitively a human being takes because they want to be able to provide that kind of an environment for the baby.

However, we need to start to look at the continuum again, because it’s not something that suddenly drops into a particular time-space in time for us to start good nutrition.

It is something that the mother’s body is being prepared right from the time that she is being a young girl. Now, this is the thing sometimes that we do not look at, we’re looking at our point in desperate for pregnancy. When we start to prepare the body, we need to see on what soil is it being prepared on that the quality of that soil will be dependent on what we have lived so long.

That’s very important to consider. So nutrition, um, cannot be fragmented yet at the same time, there is always a good start. So when we start to orient ourselves towards it, going back to nature is something that should be the thumb rule or so to say the guidance for us. It doesn’t have to be a particular amount of proteins, a particular amount of carbohydrates.

Those nitty-gritties are something that we do not need to get overwhelmed with just simply going back to nature and having home-based food, simple food, full nutrition in terms of covering up all the basic nutrition of the mother is very essential.
